To apply for your AIG (Academically or Intellectually Gifted) Add-On License, complete the following:
- Form A - Application for a North Carolina License.
- Form V - Verification by Institution. Complete only top three lines.
- Read notes, information on payments, and mailing instructions.
To apply for your School Administrator Post Master's Public School Leadership Certification, complete the following:
- Form A - Application for a North Carolina License.
- Form V - Verification by Institution. Complete only top three lines.
- Test Scores – Attach a copy of your School Leadership Series: School Leaders Licensure Assessment qualifying score. Testing and registration information can be found through Educational Testing Service.
- Read notes, information on payments, and mailing instructions.
To apply for your Exceptional Children Program Administrator Add-On License, complete the following:
- Form A - Application for a North Carolina License
- Form V - Verification by Institution. Complete only top three lines.
- Test Scores – Attach copy of Praxis II test number 0410 qualifying score(s). Praxis testing and registration information can be found through Educational Testing Service.
