A student is eligible for the following refund percentages if he/she withdraws from the university.

| 50% | 29 to 57 days following the 1st day of class | 09/22/09 - 10/21/09 | 25% |
| Rest of semester | 58 days following the 1st day of class to end | 10/22/09 - 12/11/09 | 0% |
**percentage applies to tuition/fees and housing
**remaining meal plan $$ is refunded up until the last 2 weeks of the semester
