Services Provided
Warranty Service and Repairs:
These are repairs for which the manufacturer fully compensates our effort (parts and labor). Currently we provide warranty repairs for Apple and Dell computers purchased through the Western Carolina Student and Personal Purchases Computing Program. No fee charged.
Non-Warranty Service and Repairs:
Charges will be made for time and labor for repairs and cost of parts and shipping. Labor charges are $25 for an initial estimate, then $55 per hour. We accept CatCash only. We cannot accept cash nor can we accept credit cards or checks.

Apple (Macintosh) Operating Systems
We are an authorized Apple Service Provider. We offer warranty support for all Apple computers. Contact the IT Help Desk at 227-7487 or use IT Self-Service.
PC Hardware (running Microsoft Windows)
We are an authorized Dell Warranty Parts Direct Self-Maintainer. "Self-Maintainer" denotes that we can only service hardware purchased through the Western Carolina Student and Personal Purchases Computing Program at no charge. Dell computers purchased at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, www.dell.com or other venues will incur a charge of $50.00 for the warranty service.
